PARABLE:
Really really discouraged about seemingly no "success" in serving God in music & FB ministries... Yet God "manages" to encourage us & even help us find a Laugh at
"just the right time". Here's a cartoon post I've been laughing about since I first posted it a decade ago --
As long as God's Will is our honest yearning,
we can eventually return to the Peace of remembering to Wait on Him, Psalm 46:10.
Even while we pray (and pray!) for James 1:5 promised wisdom on what to do.
SO WHAT ??
THUS -- nope, we needn't give Satan the pleasure of "throwing in the towel".
That's SILLY for us to do, when there are so many EXCITING possibilities that
God may yet provide for us! John 10:10 Abundance! >>
— Look forward to that time!
What does LORD God say ??
James 4:7-8a, Decide to "run to God" and -- like the prodigal son's father that
Jesus described -- God will RUN to you! Even when you don't FEEL like He cares.
"Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.
Draw near to God and He will draw near to you."
Prayer:
LORD God who is named YHWH (You said in Isaiah 42:8 Hebrew),
